Initiators of Fountain Gate

Pastor Helmut Reutter and his wife Esther have ministered in Zambia since 1982.

Pastor Reutter is Founder and Senior Pastor of Gospel Outreach Fellowship, commonly known as GO Centre.

The Reutter’s have a passion to bring the Gospel to the people of Zambia in Word and

Deed. Therefore they have started schools, vocational training, Clinics and a University. Currently Chreso Ministries, which is the social arm of GO Centre cares for over 18,000 people suffering from HIV/

AIDS in Lusaka, Livingstone, Kabwe and Siavonga District. The impact on families, children, and the nation as a whole cannot be estimated, by keeping parents alive and caring for their children.

Nevertheless, the number of orphans in Zambia still increase and many families are totally overburdened with children and many dependents. For this reason and out of passion for the children of Zambia, Pastor and Mrs. Reutter worked hard to establish Fountain Gate Children’s Home in the Chongwe area in order to provide a home for orphans and vulnerable children.

Pastor Reutter is widely known through his daily TV show called “RUN TO WIN”

on MUVI prismAfrica TV. His teachings “Come Into His House” are on MUVI TV & prismAfrica TV every Sunday morning live.

 

Fountain Gate Coordinator

Since its inception Mrs Dora Changala our Fountain Gate Children’s Home Coordinator. She is dedicated in her service to the needs of our children at Fountain Gate.

Dora has build good relationship with children, staff and  stake holders. She regularly works with the Department of Social Welfare in the Ministry of Community Development & Social Services.

Fountain Gate Children’s Home is closely associated with the Department and helps out with the sheltering of children the Ministry needs to find refuge for.
